Long Island's Largest Radiology Practice Expands To Bayside

Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology will offer nuclear medicine, 3D mammograms and more at the new Bayside clinic, which is its fourth in Queens.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS -- Long Island's largest radiology practice opened its first clinic in Bayside this week in the latest installment of its yearlong expansion into Queens.

Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology, which bills itself Long Island's leading practice for state-of-the-art radiology services, announced the opening of its new Bayside office at 213-02 Northern Blvd. in a Facebook post Wednesday afternoon.

The new clinic replaced the now-shuttered Party City in the CVS Plaza on Northern and Bell Boulevards. The Facebook post advertised a full range of services at the new clinic, including: MRIs, PET/CT scans, nuclear medicines, 3D mammograms, bone density scans, ultrasounds.

Bayside marks the fourth Queens location for Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology, which has also opened more than two dozen locations in Long Island and Brooklyn since its inception 65 years ago, according to its website.

Its expansion into Queens began this year, when the practice opened its first office in Laurelton followed by two more in Ozone Park and Elmhurst.
