Mac And Cheese Spot To Open On Bayside's Bell Boulevard
I Heart Mac & Cheese, a Florida-based fast-casual eatery, will open by the end of May on Bell Boulevard. Its owners are currently anonymous.
BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Bell Boulevard is getting a new eatery.
I Heart Mac & Cheese will open shop at 41-19 Bell Blvd. the end of the month, offering build-your-own macaroni and cheese bowls and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Diners select a base of either pasta, bread, quinoa, broccoli, cauliflower or salad and then choose from seven different proteins, plus vegetables and cheeses, to top off their meal.

The fast-casual restaurant chain started in South Florida in 2016 and has since expanded to Georgia and New York, where a new location just opened on Long Island.
I Heart Mac & Cheese's Bayside outpost is a franchise. The owners of the Bayside location are currently anonymous, a company spokeswoman said without revealing their identity.

Davis did not immediately respond to Patch's question regarding why the owners wish to remain anonymous.
The chain has also announced plans to open nine Long Island franchise locations in the next three years.
