Queens Teen Found Dead In Front Yard: Police
The 17-year-old girl was discovered unconscious early Monday outside her home in Fresh Meadows, according to the NYPD.
FRESH MEADOWS, QUEENS — A 17-year-old Queens girl was mysteriously found dead in her front yard early Monday, according to police.
Yixuan Yin was unconscious and unresponsive when emergency medics found her laying in the grass outside her home on 186th Street in Fresh Meadows about 1:15 a.m., the NYPD said in a news release.
The teen was brought to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens, where she was pronounced dead.

It's not yet clear how she died.
Her body showed no obvious signs of trauma, according to the New York Daily News.
