Teenage Driver Killed After Crashing In Glen Oaks: Police
A 16-year-old boy has died after crashing his car into a tree Thursday afternoon in Glen Oaks, authorities said.
GLEN OAKS, QUEENS — A teenage boy was killed Thursday after he crashed his car into a tree while driving through Glen Oaks, according to NYPD and FDNY officials.
The 16-year-old boy was driving along 80th Avenue near 265th Street just after 2 p.m. when he lost control and hit a tree, a police spokesperson told Patch.
Medics rushed the teen to Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he died.
