Both the Throgs Neck and the Whitestone Bridges will get you to the Bronx—but which one usually does that faster?

Last year, a trial measure to on the Throgs Neck opened up an extra ramp lane. The Throgs Neck is having periodic half of the summer. But the Whitestone is reputely a slower crossing. Check out this photo of the Whitestone approach on Thursday night.
