Ambulette Van Hit Pedestrian In Brooklyn And Drove Away, Cops Say
Cops are searching for a white ambulette van that hit a 65-year-old man crossing the street in late May, according to police.

BROOKLYN, NY — Cops are asking the public's help to find a white ambulette that hit a pedestrian and then drove away in Brooklyn late last month.
The "white ambulette van" was driving down Sutter Avenue around 5:45 p.m. May 30 when it hit a 65-year-old man who was crossing the street near Sutter Avenue, police said.
The man broke his hip in the collision and was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition, police aid.

The van drove away after the crash. The driver is being sought on a leaving the scene of an accident charge, according to police.
