Breast Cancer Pink Table Talk & Wellness Fair @ St. George's

Heart disease and Cancer are the top 2 causes of death in New York City and Bedford Stuyvesant. According to the New York State Cancer Registry statistics for Bedford Stuyvesant from 2012-2016, it found 114.7 women with breast cancer per 100,000 women.

St. George's Episcopal Church, in conjunction with New York Presbyterian Hospitals, will host a Pink Table Talk on " Breast Cancer Myths You Should Know About" followed by breast cancer screening/free mammogram and Wellness/Health Fair on Saturday, October 12, 2019 beginning at 10:30 am.

Vendors from local hospitals, service agencies, health information, as well as screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, HIV, dental and foot screenings.
