Dough Doughnuts' Brooklyn Store Closes But Will Be Back: Owners
The shop's doughnuts will be sold all over Brooklyn even after its Bed-Stuy location closed Sunday.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A delectable doughnut shop's owners promised things will come full circle in Brooklyn after they closed their Bed-Stuy location.
Customers took their last bites at Dough Doughnuts' flagship shop on Sunday at Lafayette and Franklin avenues. The shop's owners closed it but promised the doughnuttery isn't finished with Brooklyn.
Dough Doughnuts partner Steven Klein released a statement last week promising the shop will reopen in Brooklyn at an unnamed new location at a to-be-determined time. They'll also continue to be part of Smorgasburg, a rollicking Williamsburg-based food market.

"We love Brooklyn and are happy to continue to sell in the beloved borough of Brooklyn," he said in the statement.
The release states Dough Doughnuts owners are working on a "better-suited and larger location" to meet a growing appetite for their sweet creations.
