It’s the most anticipated day of the year for urban gardeners and enthusiasts in Brooklyn — the day we find out who’s got the greenest block in town.

The Brooklyn Botanic Garden chooses the winners. For the past year, Macon Street between Ralph and Howard Avenues in Bed-Stuy has held the ”Greenest Block in Brooklyn” title.
