BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A 48-year-old man has been denied bail in the stabbing death of a Brooklyn teenager, according to officials and reports.
Elvird Joseph was charged over the weekend with manslaughter after he stabbed 15-year-old Tory Lovik in the chest during a parking dispute on Decatur Street on Thursday afternoon, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office and the Daily News.
He was arraigned and remanded on Sunday, the DA's office said.

Joseph took out the knife after Lovik refused to move his double-parked car around 2:30 p.m., according to the outlet.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Lovik lived in Brownsville, records show.
Joseph — who once was convicted in connection with a 1998 killing, also on Decatur Street — is also facing weapons charges for the incident, records show.
