New Luxury Grocery Store To Open On Fulton Street
Lincoln Market plans to open a new location at 1134 Fulton St. in 2020, according to brokers.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A luxury grocery store chain will open a new location on near the Fulton Street subway station in Bed-Stuy, according to the real estate firm that handled the deal.
Lincoln Market signed a 20-year-lease for space inside the massive development going up at 1134 Fulton St. on Franklin Avenue, broker Scott Sher of Katz & Associates told Patch.
"It's a great look for the neighborhood," Sher said. "And it's definitely a need in the area."

Patch was unable to reach Lincoln Market for comment, but Real Estate Weekly reported the market will feature a salad bar, butcher and cheese counter as well as basic grocery store necessities.
The new market, expected to open in 2020, will claim more than 12,000 square feet of the 10-story, 30,000 square foot development on the corner of Fulton and Franklin streets, Sher said.

Lincoln Market is a grocery store chain that opened a Prospect Lefferts Gardens outpost in March 2018 and has more Brooklyn locations planned for the future, said Sher.
BLINK Fitness has also signed a lease in the 200-unit multi-use complex which developer Joseph Brunner of Porter Avenue Holdings bought for $19 million in 2014, city records show.
