Person Hit By L Train At Halsey Street In Brooklyn: MTA
A person was hit by a train at Halsey Street station on Monday morning. L train service was suspended, according to the MTA.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A person was hit by a train at Halsey Street station Monday morning, according to the MTA.
The person was hit just before 10 a.m. at the Halsey Street station in Bushwick, according to MTA alerts.
The incident led to a partial suspension on the L train.

The line will not run between Lorimer Street and Broadway Junction while emergency teams responded to Halsey Street, the MTA said.
There is a partial suspension in L train service between Lorimer St and Broadway Jct in both directions while emergency teams respond to someone being struck by a train at Halsey St.

L trains resumed making regular stops shortly after 10:30 a.m., according to the MTA. The agency warned that there still would be extensive delays as the trains got back on schedule.

FDNY said the person was sent to Elmhurst Hospital. They did not immediately have details about the person's condition.
