Police Seek Utica Avenue Station Armed Robber

Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred Monday on Fulton Street.

According to police reports, on August 12, at around 2:30 p.m., a man described as a black male followed a 39-year-old woman and eight children that she was in the care of into an elevator at 1711 Fulton Street, the location of the Utica Avenue train station. 

He then simulated he was holding a gun, removed her jewelry and then fled on a bicycle.
