Today's opportunity is Collect Gifts for Children. Friends of Karen, which provided emotional, financial and advocacy support to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families, is looking for volunteers who can help organize material drives in their communities.

The projects include the Holiday Adopt-A-Family program, Birthday programs and others throughout the year.
