Bedford Playhouse Hosts 'Game of Thrones' Parties

BEDFORD, NY — No spoilers allowed. "Game of Thrones" enthusiasts flocked to the Bedford Playhouse Sunday for the first of six parties celebrating the beginning — and the end — of the HBO television show's final season. According to Playhouse officials, more than 90 people celebrated at the event, with many in costume.

They competed in three categories: best female, best male and best non-human.

There were even GOT-themed drink specials, including The Kingslayer, The Khaleesi and a "Game of Thrones" beer from Brewery Ommegang.

A contest is being conducted for guests to guess which — if any — characters will die.
