Troopers: Tinted Windows on I-84 Lead to DWI Arrest

A 31-year-old Connecticut man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent traffic stop in Southeast, officials say.

Citing tinted windows, state troopers from the East Fishkill barracks pulled over Hartford, CT resident Jose Rodriguez at about 11:30 p.m. Friday.
