The Katonah-Lewisboro school board will discuss redistricting related to the proposed closure of Lewisboro Elementary School, according to its meeting agenda.
The meeting is scheduled for tonight at 7:30 p.m. at John Jay High School's library.
Two redistricting models have been released to the public (details of them are at this link).
On Dec. 19, the school board voted 5-2 to accept an educational impact statement connected to the proposed closure. A public hearing is scheduled for Jan. 16 and a final vote that would decide whether to close LES for the 2014-15 school year is scheduled for Jan. 23.
