Karen Miller of Three Dogs Bakery will lead a demonstration of gluten-free and wheat-free baked treats, including cookies. Three Dogs offers scones, cakes, muffins and other sweet breads, as well as some packaged gluten-free selections.
The class is offered at which has a Bedford Hills location, but this class is offered at its Mahopac location.
