Freeze Warning for Southern Westchester, Colder Air Moving in Overnight
The possibility of coastal flooding exists until Sunday morning.

Southern Westchester County is under a Freeze Warning issued by the National Weather Service.
The warning is in effect from midnight to 10 a.m. Sunday.
Also the NWS has issued a Coastal Flood Statement for coastal areas of southern Westchester.

It’s in effect from 8 p.m. Saturday, April 9 to 5 a.m. Sunday, April 10.
There is the possibility of minor tidal flooding, with tidal departures of half a foot to around 1 foot above astronomical levels.

The National Weather Service said cold air will overspread the area behind the departing low pressure system tonight.
Skies will clear from east to west with winds becoming gusty.
Temperatures will fall into the mid- to upper-20s in most places.
Highs Sunday will not get out of the 40s over the entire region during the day.
Clouds will move Sunday night with a chance of showers after midnight.
