Soon, kids around Westchester will be able to enjoy the beach year round, thanks to a grant from Westchester Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC).
According to an announcement on Patch, the $25,000 grant for the Westchester Children's Museum (WCM) will be used toward the construction of "a beach-themed learning laboratory—'Toddler Beach'" at Rye Playland.
