Katonah Fire Department Carnival Update

Update, Friday, 5 p.m.

The Katonah Fire Department announced the carnival is closed Friday night for rain. On Saturday, visitors can pay one price—$22—for rides all day AND all night til closing. The food tent will open at noon on Saturday. Rides open at 1 p.m. Come out and support the local Katonah Fire Department!

Here's what you should know before you go to the Parade and Carnival, which open Wednesday.

Forecast

According to the National Weather Service, there's little chance of rain showers today! The highs should reach 75 and tonight the low temperature forecast is 50 degrees. It's ideal weather for the parade—might want to bring a sweatshirt for the carnival.

Parade Route and Road Closures

Beginning at 4 p.m. cars will be towed from the following roads:

Huntville Road
New Street
Valley Rd from New St to Valley Edge
Valley Edge 
Edgemont Rd from Valley Edge to Parkway
Parkway East to Bedford Rd
Bedford Rd South from Parkway to Katonah Ave
Allen Place. 

The above roads will be closed from 6 p.m. until the conclusion of the parade.

Hours for Parade and Carnival

The parade starts at 7 p.m. and the carnival opens at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5 at  6 p.m. and closes at 10 p.m.

Thursday, June 6 and Friday, June 7, the carnival opens at 6 p.m. and closes at 10 p.m.

Saturday, June 8, the carnival opes at 1:00 pm and closes at 11 p.m.
