KLBS Winter Softball Training for Girls

KATONAH LEWISBORO BEDFORD GIRLS SOFTBALL (KLBS) has several taining programs in operation for the winter that are open to all. Pitchers and catchers need the most extensive training so even though it feels like Spring is a long way out, the time is now to get going on the lessons that will run right up to next season. PITCHERS & CATCHERS TRAINING AT SOMERS SPORTS & FITNESS:

•Grades: 3 - 8

•Instructor: Cara Schwartz, Professional Instructor

•When: Sundays from 6pm to 7pm

•Dates: Jan. 17, 24, 31 / Feb. 7, 28 / March 6, 13, 20 / April 3,10, 17* (17th is a snow date)

•Fee: Pitchers: $300 / Catchers: $100

WINTER OVERALL SKILLS TRAINING AT PROSWING IN MT. KISCO:

•Instructor: PROSWING Professional Instructors

•Grades: 3-4 and 5-8 •Fee: $250/player ($275 AFTER Dec 11)

Grades 3-4 will be Sundays from 1:30pm to 3:00pm 10 weeks: 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/21, 2/28, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 4/3, 4/10 * No class - 1/17 (MLK Weekend), 2/14 (Winter Break), 3/27 Spring Break)
