Change's include a "Do No Knock Registry" where people would be able to file out forms to keep soliciting and peddling from their premises. 3. The National Weather Service predicts fog today, with a high temperature of 49 degrees in Bedford Hills and Katonah and at 50 degrees in Bedford.
