Summer Concerts Are Back, Tickets On Sale For New Caramoor Season

In-person live music is returning to the Hudson Valley with tickets for a new live, in-person summer concert series at Caramoor in Katonah.

KATONAH, NY — Live concerts are finally coming back to Caramoor and tickets go on sale on April 19.

The popular music venue announced a full summer season of live, in-person concerts. Tickets for the summer season lineup of 35 performances are available to members beginning Monday. The remaining tickets will be offered to the public on April 26.

“We’re so fortunate that our outdoor venues enable us to have a full concert season this summer,” Caramoor Artistic Director Kathy Schuman said in a statement announcing the return of in-person live music. “Despite some operational differences, this year’s program remains as robust and varied as ever. We can’t wait to welcome audiences back to Caramoor for programs that run the gamut from celebratory to reflective. I think we’ve all deeply missed the kind of magical experience that comes from sharing live music in the company of others.”

All of the performances will be held at the venue’s outdoor performance spaces, including the Venetian Theater. Performance tickets will also include admission to the Caramoor grounds which had previously been mostly off limits due to coronavirus-related concerns. The grounds are scheduled to reopen to the general public on June 11.

Caramoor’s summer schedule includes a seven-week festival with a packed lineup, from June 19 to Aug. 8. The ambitious summer schedule will be followed by two post-season concert series events from Aug. 13 to Sep. 12.
