How did you come up with the name?

That is my name and I have a team of terrific people behind me.


Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?

I live in Bedford and on a personal note, the business of real estate is a natural fit for me since I was raised within it. My grandfather owned a real estate firm in the Bronx, my father was a VP with the corporate real estate division of Citibank, and my mother was a top agent in the county for almost three decades.


Briefly, what business are you in?

Real Estate


What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

Guiding my clients through the changing and challenging real estate market year to year.


Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

I really love it and since business owning was in my family, I grew up with the sense of what it took to be an entrepreneur. It has been very challenging, but worth it!


What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

The coming together of the Team I currently have behind me. They are a fantastic group of kind hearted and enthusiastic individuals. I have witnessed them take their own time to help people that desperately need to get out from under their real estate situation. They make me very proud.


What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?

Technology was a must have. Today’s clients want to have the latest and up to date property information on hand when they are ready. We have implemented processes that bring together sellers and buyers quickly and efficiently.


How do you deal with difficult customers?

With patience. We know that the reason that a client is difficult is due to the stress associated with their real estate investment. This is a huge investment and most people, even the nicest, can get a little testy. We have been in the business long enough to have encountered many different types of clients. But as our testimonials show, we tend to turn them into raving fans.


How does your business give back or get involved in the community?

I am a Past-President and Member of my local Lions Club, were we raise money and awareness for Bedford charities and programs.
