Mepham Particpates in Annual Holiday Tradition

Mepham High School students, alumni, friends and families recently participated in a caroling event that has occurred for more than 60 years.

The Mepham community gathered at Circle Drive in Bellmore to caress the ears of residents with holiday songs. 

Current students welcomed alumni and spectators to sing along, while many others enjoyed the music.

“I’ve been doing this for so long,” Doris Christmann, Mepham Class of 1965 said. “My kindergarten teacher lived in this circle and I remember joining in junior high school. It’s been a great tradition.”
