Bellmore-Merrick Girls Volleyball Teams Compete in Friendship Tournament
Teams from all three high schools got together for a friendly game before the start of school.
John F. Kennedy High School recently hosted a Bellmore-Merrick girls volleyball friendship tournament with Wellington C. Mepham and Sanford H. Calhoun high schools.
“The teams had a great day playing,” said girls varsity volleyball coach Katie Sheehan. “This tournament used to be a yearly tradition and I decided to bring it back this year.”
