A Freeport man who was accused five years ago of sexually abusing two teens at a Bellmore store, is facing new charges after he reportedly fondled one of his employees at a Syosset warehouse, according to Nassau County police.Â
Alfred Balcerak, 54, of Freeport, turned himself in for an incident involving one of his employees at a warehouse for Dun Rite Upholstery in Syosset, police reported. Balcerak was also accused in 2008 of sexually abusing two teens at Dun Rite Upholstery on 11 Pettit Place in Bellmore, according to News 12. Â
Detectives said Balcerak approached a male employee in his 20s, pulled down the employee's pants, and grabbed the victim's genitals. The employee then turned and left the scene, police reported.
The incident happened at the store's Syosset warehouse on May 21 at about 3:45 p.m., police reported.
Balcerak, a Level 3 registered sex offender who was designated a predicate sex offender, turned himself in at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Second Precinct in Woodbury, police said. He was arrested at the scene without incident, cops said.
Balcerak is charged with first-degree sexual abuse and is scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
