Murane of Cortland Manor, was a life member of the Bellmore Fire Department and Bellmore Council Knights of Columbus.
He survived by his wife, Denise, sons; Robert Jr. and Daniel, daughters; Trish Burke(Damon) and Tara Murnane, a brother, Edmund (Betty), sisters; Anne O'Leary, Rita Buckhorn Kelly (Eugene), and Marilyn Concannon and three grandchildren.Â
