Our fraternity bases its lessons and builds it ritual on the friends of Damon and Pythias. Knights of Pythias is an international, non-sectarian fraternal order, established on February 19, 1864 in Washington, DC by Justus H. Rathbone and was the first order to be chartered by an Act of Congress.
