Last Chance: Long Island International Film Expo Ends Thursday

Catch some independent flicks and more than 150 short films in Bellmore before they're gone.

There’s still time to check out the 18th Annual Long Island International Film Expo, which ends Thursday.

General admission is $10 for adults and $8 for seniors, children, and filmmaker connection members. A day pass costs $25. Seniors and students can bring a friend for free.

The films will be screened at Bellmore Movies, located at 222 Pettit Avenue in Bellmore. Weekday screenings can begin at 5 p.m. or earlier so check the full schedule before heading out the door. Get the full schedule of the final events in the expo’s program here.

“I believe Long Island continually surprises the world with its vast array of spectacular locations supported by the individual talents and efforts of the Long Island Production community,” said LIFTF President Henry Stampfel.
