According to police, a man was sitting in his car in the parking lot of Crunch Fitness, at 2212 Centre Ave., when he was approached by Robert Wong, 21, of Mellow Lane. Wong asked the man if he was his Uber driver, police said, and then pulled out a handgun and demanded the man get out of the car and hand over his wallet. He then made a U-turn and tried to get off the parkway, but lost control of the car and crashed into a guardrail, police said.
