Tonight: Long Island Screening Room Presents “Long Island Summer Film Festivals” on WLIW21 at 10pm

Each year, the Island sizzles with film festivals. Tonight Long Island Screening Room presents Long Island Summer Film Festivals, which features the Long Island International Film Expo and the Stony Brook Film Festival.

Host, Diane Masciale speaks withDebra Markowitz, Director of the Long Island International Film Expo and Alan Inkles, Director of the Stony Brook Film Festival. The program previews some of the festival entries and Diane interviews filmmakers, including Long Islanders, Ralph Macchio (of Karate Kid fame), who is presenting Across Grace Alley at the Stony Brook Film Festival, and Fred Carpenter, who created Charlie Mantle, which will be shown at the LI International Film expo.

Long Island Summer Film Festivals premieres tonight, Thursday, June 26 at 10pm on WLIW21.
