Late Tuesday night, a crash led to an oil tanker toppling over and going up in flames.Â
According to police, a fuel truck traveling eastbound on Sunrise Highway, struck the rear of a vehicle stopped at a red light at Newbridge Road around 11:52 p.m.Â
The truck turned on its side and continued east on Sunrise Highway, spilling fuel, coming to a stop at Brevoort Place. Â
The fuel caught fire causing an undetermined amount of damage to parked cars and property in the area. Â

The drivers of both cars were removed to area hospitals with unknown injuries at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
