Xtreme Gym Abruptly Closes in Bellmore
Owner decides not to renew lease on Merrick Road gym.
Xtreme Gym in Bellmore suddenly shuttered this week after the owner decided not to renew the lease.
The Merrick Road gym posted a letter on their door this week informing members that the gym would be immediately shut down.
The owner decided “with great difficulty” not to renew the gym’s lease “based on the fact that it did not make economic sense to have two facilities so close to each other.”
