CHAPPAQUA, NY — You can put away the reusable bags if you were planning to head to the new Whole Foods at Chappaqua Crossing Wednesday. It's not going to open as previously scheduled.
Spokeswoman Heather McCready would not say why the new store would not be opening, the Journal News said.
The problem could be the lack of a temporary certificate of occupancy which is contingent on town-approved temporary traffic-flow measures on Route 117.
