CHAPPAQUA, NY — The weather held out Monday in Chappaqua for New Castle's Memorial Day Parade to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the U.S. armed forces.
Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo marched in the parade alongside former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. All three live in New Castle.
