The FIRST LEGO League gets kids to research a real problem - food safety, recycling, energy - and build and program a robot to help solve it

CHAPPAQUA: Now this sounds like fun. Don't miss it!

WHAT: Come see an amazing robotics competition, run by the FIRST LEGO League. Students from all over Westchester, in grades K-8, will compete in a robotics tournament and vie for a chance to go all the way to a national competition. Teams of up to 10 members use science, engineering and math... plus a lot of imagination and creativity to program a robot using LEGO MINDSTORMS® and solve real world challenges.
