Westchester County Executive George Latimer announced today that he is endorsing Holly McCall for New Castle Town Supervisor, Lori Morton for re-election to the town board, and Michael Weinberg and Jennifer Bounds, both of whom are running for town board for the first time. These four candidates make up the slate known as Democrats for New Castle running for the Democratic nomination in the June 22nd Democratic primary.

“Holly McCall, Lori Morton, Michael Weinberg and Jen Bounds are dedicated public servants who wish to make New Castle a more thriving, equitable and sustainable town,” Latimer said. “They care about the totality of the community, not just one issue.”

Latimer emphasized that this slate is prepared with the leadership experience to govern as town board members. He noted that their knowledge of the issues affecting the Town of New Castle is something that voters can count on.
