Harlem, New Haven Lines Have Wednesday Morning Delays
Some of the problem is storm related, MTA officials said

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The Harlem and New Haven lines continues to experience delays Wednesday morning. They're a result of conditions on the track caused by Tuesday's strong thunderstorms.
Harlem Line service is experiencing delays up to 30 minutes due to a track condition between Valhalla and Hawthorne, which is related to last night's severe weather.

The National Weather Service is also investigating whether a tornado touched down in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
