ICE Arrests 1 With Pending Charge In Mount Kisco

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials made three arrests recently in Westchester County.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Ongoing enforcement efforts in and around New York City targeting at-large criminal aliens, illegal re-entrants and other immigration violators culminated in three arrests in Westchester County, ICE officials said.

From Feb. 17-24, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations arrested 35 people. Officials said each had recently been arrested by local law enforcement authorities and released from custody with either an active detainer lodged or before a detainer could be issued. They included:

  • In Mount Kisco, a 35-year-old previously removed Guatemalan national, who has a pending charge for assault 3rd, aggravated harassment 2nd, and criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • In Peekskill, a 28-year-old Dominican national, who has a pending charge for criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • In Yonkers, a 48-year-old Mexican national, who has a pending charge for criminal possession of a controlled substance
