- Mail: Post offices will be closed Thursday, express delivery only. Exception: Palisades Center Post Office, West Nyack, NY.
- Post office Self-Service Kiosks with 24/7 access are located at the following Westchester County locations: White Plains Main Post Office, Hartsdale, Scarsdale, Rye, Larchmont and Yonkers East.
- New York State offices: Closed.
- Municipal Offices: Closed.
- Banks: Closed.
- New York Stock Exchange: Closed.
- Retail stores: It varies. A store may be closed or may have shortened hours. For example, the Palisades Center has normal operating hours from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Fourth of July.
- Supermarkets: Usually open for at least shortened hours. For example, ShopRite and Stop and Shop stores will be open normal hours. You can call ahead to make sure.
- Libraries: Closed.
- Metro-North: Go here.
