July Events Offered by NWH and the Center for Healthy Living
Calming walking and eating for wellness, chair yoga classes and Wellness Wednesday among virtual events this July
An audio-based nutrition program discussing the connection between what we eat and how we feel provided during a calming outdoor stroll is July’s featured program offered by Northern Westchester Hospital (NWH) and the Center for Healthy Living. In July, virtual events for new and future moms include courses on breastfeeding, infant and child safety and a class for expectant grandparents. Other free, virtual events to help people feel better, get healthier, and have more fun include chair yoga, smoking cessation, and a Wellness Wednesday on skin care for seniors.
Located next to the Whole Foods Market at Chappaqua Crossing, the Center for Healthy Living supports health and wellness through education, health resources, diverse programing and referrals.
