Next Level Martial Arts Celebrates Mt Kisco Opening Oct. 19

MOUNT KISCO, NY — A new martial arts school will hold a Grand Opening celebration Oct. 19 in Mount Kisco. It'll start at 9 a.m. with classes and games for adults, then kids; plus food, beverages, activities, face painting, a moon bounce and more. Mayor Gina Picinich will preside at the ribbon-cutting at 11 a.m.

Martial arts, kickboxing and fitness for kids and adults.

How did you come up with the name?

In every area of our lives, we always try to grow. Progress and growth equals happiness. At Next Level Martial Arts, our goal is to assist you and/or your child to improve physically, mentally and emotionally... To take your life to the Next Level!

Why start a business in this town?

Mount Kisco is a beautiful town with a lot of wonderful people. We are excited to be a part of this community.

What's the most difficult challenge you've faced starting a new business?

Building a new brand and getting the word out about our school and what we do differently at our facility.

We are a Mixed Martial Arts style that includes boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, krav maga, jiu jitsu and Karate for Kids. We start at ages 4 1/2 and have specific classes for age and rank so everyone trains at their appropriate level. We do not do contracts at our school.
