Menorah Lighting in Chappaqua

A menorah lighting was held Wednesday evening in downtown Chappaqua, marking the start of Hanukkah. The lighting was held at the Community Center on Senter Street.

The event was by the group Chabad of Armonk Chappaqua & Pleasantville, which does the lighting every year. The lighting itself was directed by Rabbi Yosef Butman, who led a group in a song. After the lighting, people went inside the Community Center for entertainment, led by Joshua J. Superstar, whose act included juggling and riding on a unicycle.
