Mount Kisco Man Found Unconscious, Charged With DWI: Police
Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated is charged when police allege the person's blood alcohol level was .18 BAC or higher.
MOUNT KISCO, NY — A Mount Kisco 21-year-old faces a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
New York state police said they found a driver Oct. 6 who had been traveling on North Main Street parked and unconscious in a local business lot.
Troopers said their investigation revealed Jason R. Patino was under the influence of alcohol, and so he was subsequently arrested.
