Mount Kisco Men Accused Of Breaking Into Pharmacy
Westchester County police allege the two stole prescription drugs.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Westchester County Police detectives arrested two Mount Kisco men and recovered a sizeable amount of prescription medication following an investigation into a recent burglary at a village pharmacy.
The arrested suspects are identified as Kevin Alvarez-Soto and Hugo Lopez-Ramos. Both are 19 years old and reside on Main Street in Mount Kisco.
On Dec. 16, shortly after 10 p.m., Westchester County Police received a report that Jacobs Pharmacy at 359 Main Street may have been broken into. Responding Westchester County Police patrol officers found that a window at the pharmacy had been broken and a search of the premises was conducted. A tracking canine was also deployed to try to locate any suspects at that time.

The pharmacy owner subsequently advised that a large quantity of prescription medication was missing from the store. The investigation was turned over to detectives from the General Investigations Unit.
