UPDATE: Southbound Saw Mill Reopens in Mount Kisco
The parkway was closed for more than two hours during rock blasting.

UPDATE 4PM: State transportation officials said at 4 p.m. that the construction rock blasting and closed road could continue for another hour.
MOUNT KISCO, NY — The southbound Saw Mill River Parkway is closed at Exit 39 due to construction rock blasting with debris in the roadway, state transportation officials said.
The closure started at 3 p.m. and should last about an hour.
