Sick People, Boss Dispute, Parking Lot Sleeper

Here are some of the recent incidents to which Westchester police responded in Mount Kisco.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the incidents to which Westchester County police responded last week.

Friday, Oct. 4 – 11:27 a.m. – A resident came to the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street to report that he had lost identification issued to him by the Guatemalan Consulate in New York City. An officer prepared a report to assist him in seeking a replacement.

  • 3:07 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to an office on Lexington Avenue on a report that a woman was experiencing a rapid heart rate and feeling ill. She was taken by the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
  • 10:03 a.m. — Westchester County Police responded to South Moger Avenue on a report that a man was sitting on the sidewalk for several hours and had not moved. The man told officers that he injured his foot a few days earlier and was now unable to walk. He was taken by the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
  • 9:54 a.m. — A woman came to the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street to report that she was upset that her boss had treated her badly at work and spoke to her in a demeaning way. The woman told officers that she had not been threatened in any way. She was advised that the dispute was a civil matter, not a police matter.
  • 9:01 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to St. Mark’s Place on a report that a woman was feeling ill. They found her on the floor in the bathroom, conscious but to weak to speak. Westchester EMS also responded and transported her to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
  • 7:15 a.m. — Westchester County Police responded to the Boys & Girls Club on East Main Street after staff reported that a man was trying to open doors on cars in the parking lot. The man fled when he realized he had been observed. Officers canvassed the area but could not locate him.
  • 5:09 a.m. — Westchester County Police responded to a business on North Bedford Road on an activated burglar alarm. The premises were found to be secure and the alarm apparently sounded in error.

Wednesday, Oct. 2 – 1:48 p.m. — Westchester County Police assisted a man on North Bedford Road who was feeling nauseous and dizzy. He was taken by the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

Tuesday, Oct. 1 — 9:22 a.m. — Westchester County Police responded to a parking lot in the 300 block of North Bedford Road on a report that a person was sleeping in a car there. The vehicle was gone upon an officer’s arrival.
