CHAPPAQUA, NY — Monday, May 31 is Memorial Day. In observance of the holiday, most federal, state and local government offices are closed.

There will be no mail delivery. Many businesses are open but with different hours — so it's not a bad idea to check before heading out.

  • U.S. Post Offices: closed
  • State government offices: closed
  • County government offices: closed
  • Local government offices: closed
  • Supermarkets: most in Chappaqua and Mount Kisco are open, check with individual stores
  • Liquor stores: most wine and spirits shops in the area are keeping regular hours
